The building consists of: a basement with a cellar or garage and a convenient access ramp, a ground floor apartment (Tav. 2 left side Sub.2) unfurnished with a beautiful veranda with a fireplace for barbecues, very practical and convenient for a possible renter or caretaker for non-resident owners. Ground floor with 1 apartment (Tav. 2 right side Sub.1), fully furnished, tourist room, Salvarani kitchen and a beautiful veranda. The first floor is not currently divided, it is all empty and undeveloped. I am attaching a feasibility drawing, and in this case it should be made clear that all the loading and unloading lines are already in place for this option (Tav. 3). Two flats could then be realised here.
