The new "Oasis" residential complex is being constructed as an energy-efficient building in accordance with the KlimaHaus A-Nature guidelines and is therefore certified for sustainable construction. A tree barrier is planned on the street side, which will serve as protection from the urban development. On the 2nd floor, this will be highlighted by planting more trees on the terrace. The unique architectural design with a "floating" roof and a light, natural facade is particularly impressive. The residential complex is connected to the district heating network of ASM Bressanone. The main garage door and the individual garage parking spaces have an electrically operated sectional door. The exterior design presents itself as a green oasis with private and communal open spaces that enable a high quality of life. The plots are clearly separated from each other by fences, walls or hedges. To the south, there is a communal green area with seating, an open barbecue area and a planted pergola.
