The ALBA project is being built in Sarns near Brixen. The building is in a quiet yet central location. Brixen can be reached in just a few minutes and the city bus stops practically on the doorstep. Surrounded by apple orchards, in the immediate vicinity of the forest and with a wonderful view of the Eisack Valley to the south-west. "So close to the city and yet in absolute peace and quiet." The project is being built with generous window areas and terraces and guarantees the highest quality of living. The ALBA project consists of a single structure with one underground and two above-ground storeys. The access ramp with the garages, the technical rooms and the cellar compartments are located in the basement. There is only one apartment on the first floor and one on the second floor, creating maximum privacy. The penthouse apartment and the first floor apartment are open on all 4 sides and thus offer living in absolute exclusivity. The apartments face south-west. A terrace and a private garden will be built on each side of the first floor apartment. Terraces are planned for the apartment on the upper floor. The terraces will be completely or largely covered, thus creating maximum living comfort. The ALBA project will be built in accordance with the "KlimaHaus A-Nature" standard. The residential complex is also pleasantly cool in summer thanks to the optimum insulation. This energy-conscious construction method significantly reduces space heating and air conditioning costs and considerably increases living comfort. These residential units have an independent and autonomous heating system and their own air heat pump with its own photovoltaic system.
