Existing detached house in need of renovation on the edge of the village of Santa Cristina. The building is located in an agricultural area and Art. 17, Para. 5 of the Provincial Law for Space and Landscape allows the extension of the existing building up to 1,000 cbm. Santa Cristina is located in the middle of Val Gardena at 1,428 meters above sea level, surrounded by the striking peaks of the Odle and Sassolungo groups. Winter sports enthusiasts feel particularly at home in Santa Cristina in Val Gardena: Seceda, Monte Pana, Ciampinoi and Col Raiser are the main ski areas in Val Gardena, all of which can be easily reached from Santa Cristina. There is also a connection to the neighboring Alpe di Siusi ski area. In summer, the unique mountain landscape around Santa Cristina invites you to go on long hikes or mountain tours on the nearby Sassolungo.
