Ploseblick

The Ploseblick residential complex is being built on the western slope of Brixen, between the town and the mountain, with a fantastic view of the Plose and over Brixen. Long, linear volumes blend into the topographical features and merge into a staggered structure. The individual storeys are stacked on top of each other like independent bodies on eight levels. Care was taken in the design to create cube-shaped projections and outdoor areas for spacious terraces. All floor plans open up to the Plose and are flooded with light. In the design, the individual residential units differ from one another, which means that the apartments can be very well tailored to individual needs. The units are accessed via a central, vertical structure that rises like a sculpture between the other volumes. Parking spaces and cellars are located on 2 basement levels.
